Meet the black 2017 Ford Explorer—a used SUV that’s equal parts confident and ready for everyday adventure. Draped in a sleek black exterior and paired with a matching black interior, it has a timeless, “go-anywhere” look that fits right in at the office, the school pickup line, or heading out of town for the weekend.

Under the hood is a 3.5L V6 gasoline engine, giving you the kind of smooth, easy power that makes merging, passing, and cruising feel effortless. It’s matched with an automatic transmission, so your drive stays simple and relaxed—just hop in, shift into drive, and let the Explorer do the rest. With front-wheel drive, it’s set up for confident, predictable handling that feels right at home on daily commutes and longer highway stretches alike.

As a 4-door wagon-style SUV, the Explorer is built to be useful without being boring. It’s the sort of vehicle that can handle the practical stuff—errands, carpools, and road trips—while still feeling like something you actually enjoy driving. And thanks to that black-on-black color combo, it carries a clean, cohesive style that looks sharp in any season.

For extra peace of mind, a Carfax report is available for this Explorer—so you can learn more about its background before you make it yours. If you’re looking for a solid, good-looking used SUV with a classic stance and V6 capability, this black 2017 Ford Explorer is ready when you are.
